The Rev. Dr. Ruthlyn McLarty
Chairman/Director

The Rev. Dr. Ruthlyn McLarty is an ordained minister and pastor of Kingdom Covenant Family Church and the chairman of Family Restoration and Empowerment Ministries International (FREMI).

She acts as director of the following ministries under FREMI:

- 119 Heaven's Army - An international intercessory prayer group. 

- His Hands Extended In Ministry (HEMM)

- Children of Promise, Good News Club

- Couples Having Eternal Respect Intimacy and Sharing Hearts (CHERISH) 

- Counselling - Support for People in Need of Empathy (SPINE)

Pastor Desmond McLarty J.P.
Director

Pastor Desmond McLarty is an ordained minister and pastor of Kingdom Covenant Family Church and a director of Family Restoration and Empowerment Ministries International. 

Minister Cherry Cox
International Director & Co-Cordinator of HEMM

She serves as a director of Family Restoration and Empowerment Ministries International with direct responsibilities to HEMM, which is an outreach ministry that focuses on the need and care of individuals such as clothing, feeding and health programs.  

Children of Promise 

Children of Promise (C.O.P.) is an outreach children's ministry that works in collaboration with the Jamaica Child Evangelism Fellowship.  It is designed to present the Good News of Jesus Christ to children.
