Minister Viviene Gonzales Matherson
Coordinator, Worship & Women's Ministries

Minister Viviene Gonzales Matherson is the administrator and head of the Worship and Women's Ministries at Kingdom Covenant Family Church. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Media and Communications from the University of the West Indies and a Certificate in Biblical Studies from the College of Theological and Interdisciplinary Studies. Minister Viviene also holds a certificate in Event Planning.

She has been married for the past nineteen years to Ruddy.  Their union has been blessed with one daughter, Deandra.

Pastor Desmond McLarty J.P.

Pastor Desmond McLarty is an ordained minister and pastor of Kingdom Covenant Family Chucrh. He presently heads the Missions and Evangelism team which is empowered by the mandate to "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all people" (Mark 16:15). He has in the past served on marriage and family ministry committees and presently serves as co-head of the Couples Ministry (C.H.E.R.I.S.H.) alongside his wife.

Pastor Desmond is a trained Electrical Engineer and has a Bachelor's Degree in Theology from the College of Theological and Interdisciplinary Studies.

He has been married for the past twenty four years to Ruthlyn and they have two daughters, Brittney and Tanisha.

The Rev. Dr. Ruthlyn McLarty
Pastor

The Rev. Dr. Ruthlyn McLarty is an ordained minister and pastor of Kingdom Covenant Family Church. She has spearheaded various ministries including intercessory and prayer groups as well as marriage and family ministries for the past ten years and has served as a devoted full time minister for 12 years. She has also worked with churches in initiating, developing and implementing their marriage and family ministries.

Reverend Ruthlyn has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Technology, a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the Caribbean Graduate School of Theology and a Doctoral Degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary.  A graduate of Shortwood Teachers' College, she taught at the secondary level for seventeen years and lectured for five years; at the Jamaica Theological Seminary and at the Caribbean Graduate School of Theology since 2005, mainly in the area of psychology. She also worked for eight years as an associate counselor at the Family life Ministries engaging in individual, group and marriage and family therapy.

She has been married for the past twenty four years to Desmond and they have two daughters, Brittney and Tanisha.

Jesus displayed throughout His ministry on earth a vivid example of what servanthood constitutes. The leadership team of Kingdom Covenant Family Church is highly dedicated and passionate about the work of God and this is displayed in the effectiveness of each ministry of the church.
